Originally this was a 1950's Approved Electronic Instrument Corp. Television Field Strength Meter Model A-460. This rare device now features an amplified stereo MP3 player, dual 2" full dynamic range speakers, and a rheostat controlled incandescent light source.

Constructing the internal support structure from sheet metal allows for experimental controlled-release illumination.

The original phone line level adjustment knob, on the front panel, is now used to control the MP3 volume.

The original rotary channel selector now adjusts the internal lighting level.

Big Blue works with any type of Ipod or smartphone (not included).

Comes complete with 6' stereo cord, 5vdc adapter.
